Licensed Clinical Social Worker

At times, we may find ourselves on a path without fully understanding how we got there. It can be helpful to talk to someone, process the challenges we're facing, and receive support—and that’s where I come in. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can work together to actively listen, set realistic goals, and take steps toward improving your life. My goal is to help you gain clarity, improve your communication skills, and ultimately enhance your overall life satisfaction.

Using a strength-based, empathetic, and client-centered approach, I will collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your individual goals. With a passion for creating a space where vulnerability is welcomed, I aim to help you view yourself, your situation, and your objectives from a fresh perspective.

Since completing my education in 2010, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, parents, and adults with serious mental health challenges. My areas of expertise include stress management, life transitions, relationship conflicts, substance use, trauma, and grief.

I offer a free phone consultation to determine if we’re a good fit to work together. Don’t hesitate to take the next step—reach out today!
