I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with extensive experience. Throughout my career I have enjoyed working with diverse clients ranging in age from pre-adolescence to older adults.
Sometimes life is challenging, and you need extra support, a different perspective or a safe place to discover the answers you have deep within yourself. I will also provide you with direct, honest, respectful feedback as well as empathetic and compassionate support.
To assist you as we walk together on this part of your journey; I use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Imago Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
