Licensed Clinical Social Worker

In my role as a therapist, I view myself as a guide to help you uncover your own wisdom, truth, and discovery process. I am here to support you in deconstructing unhelpful & often times harmful beliefs about yourself & the world, which often drive the course of our lives until we decide differently, with a little assistance.

I work with women ages 25+ who may be struggling with anxiety/high-functioning anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, perfectionism, codependency, excessive worry, and issues related to imposter syndrome & self-doubt. I also make sure to incorporate a client’s faith/spirituality into sessions if desired. I believe that our faith/spirituality can be an incredibly powerful protective factor in treatment, and it is often an integral part of who we are as individuals.

I offer a humanistic, person-centered, and existential approach to clinical therapy in my work with clients. I have a strong background in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and I utilize a trauma-focused lens in sessions to help inform our course of treatment.

I strongly believe that we all have our own unique gifts to use, and sometimes we need a gentle "nudge" to help us embody that. In addition to psychotherapy, I am a Reiki Level II practitioner, and I utilize certain elements of energy healing to help guide my perspective & style as a therapist/social worker.
