VINCENT SAPONE, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
A lot can happen to make us feel stressed, sad, scared, or anxious. Whether you have longstanding troubles that continue to be a barrier to happiness or something has recently come up, we can work on it. Taking the first step to ask for help can feel daunting. It can be challenging to put yourself out there and trust someone to help.
Whatever you want to work on, however big or small, therapy is a great option. I have experience working with children and their parents to facilitate better communication, relationships and sort out difficult behavior. I’ve also spent a lot of time working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma. Sometimes you just need an unbiased person to listen. Other times you need a bit more. Whatever your situation, I’m here to help. Clients of all ages are welcome to contact me for services.
Whether you’ve engaged in therapy before or it’s your first time, I’m confident that my approach to the therapeutic process will put you at ease. We will work together to form a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel able to express yourself. It’s my goal to help every client feel safe, respected, supported, and heard. Together we’ll develop a plan to achieve your goals.
