Asking for help is the bravest thing you can do when life's challenges become overwhelming.
Life struggles can present themselves in many different forms such as feeling unfulfilled in your
life, losing a loved one, the loss of a relationship, or trying to figure out ways to find strengths in
a diagnosis.
I have been supporting folks in different settings since 2016. This has included work in
domestic violence, high schools, and community mental health working with victims of violence.
I use a trauma-informed lens while utilizing different therapeutic techniques including those
embedded in feminist psychology with an intersectional lens.
I enjoy supporting individuals with a history of chronic trauma with a focus on domestic violence
and sexual assault. My work also includes working with people experiencing any form of grief
and loss. I also focus on female mental health, supporting those in the LGBTQ+
community, and folks living with ADHD. If you are ready to take a courageous step in your
healing I am available and ready to support you.
