Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Healing takes patience, understanding, and time. It can be frightening to start your journey of healing, but you do not have to do it alone. Today is the day to begin the journey of regaining balance and regulation to live your life to the fullest, for we only have one. I am here to walk alongside you through each step of the way.

I began my journey to become a social worker at my local community college many years ago, receiving an associate’s degree in Human Services. In 2022, I obtained my master’s in social work from the University of Connecticut.

Today, I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked with the LGBTQ+ community, substance use, those struggling with grief, and ADHD. I enjoy working with everyone ages of 5 to 65 years old; on an individual level and with the families. I have 5+ years working with the BIPOC community and am fluent in Spanish. My compassion, love for educating my clients, and flexibility will support you in better understanding your symptoms, identifying them in your body, and managing them. My client-centered and trauma-focused approaches will hopefully empower you to take initiative and participate in your treatment in ways that work for you.
