Licensed Clinical Social Worker

You may be exhausted, disconnected, or feeling empty and looking for some hope. You may feel alone on this journey and believe something needs to change. Seeking therapy takes bravery, and I’m glad you’re here.

Perhaps you are in a relationship that just doesn’t feel right or you have experienced something that has left you feeling afraid, out of control, or numb. Maybe you are navigating a difficult journey toward motherhood, grieving the loss of one or more pregnancies, or have arrived at motherhood to realize that this is not what you had expected. I am here to offer compassionate care. You are not alone, and with help, you will be well.

My respectful, empathetic, and empowering approach will help you in discovering strategies to increase your self-care, find balance, establish healthy boundaries to help you feel more connected to others, and understand and manage your symptoms. Using strength-based, trauma-informed care, I will work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that is individualized to meet your needs in the most helpful way. With a passion for feminist social work, my technique explores how gender roles, expectations, biases, oppression, discrimination, and power dynamics greatly impact client’s daily lives.

Taking the first step toward getting help can feel intimidating. I strongly believe that a connection between the clinician and the client is essential for effective treatment, which is why I offer a free phone consultation to see if we could work well together. Change is possible. Let me help.
