PHOEBE COSTELLO, LCSW
(she/her)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or the demands of everyday life? Maybe you're going through a difficult transition, struggling with confidence, or feeling stuck in patterns that you want to change. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, helping them develop greater understanding, confidence, and a sense of control in their lives.
I specialize in anxiety and trauma work and have experience supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds with a variety of concerns. Together we'll focus on the goals that matter most to you while also developing a longer-term plan for meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy should be collaborative and individualized, and I work with my clients to better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and direct. I'll meet you where you are, without judgement while also challenging you when it can help you move forward. If you're looking for a supportive space to better understand yourself, work though what's holding you back, and create meaningful change, I'd be happy to connect.
