SARAH WHITE, LCSW
(she/her)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Have you been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're carrying more than you know how to handle? Maybe you're navigating the ups and downs of being a human, adjusting to a new stage of life, struggling with relationships (family, friends, or romantic), or trying to better understand who you are. You might feel anxious, disconnected, frustrated, or unsure of what comes next—but you don't have to figure it out on your own.

I enjoy working with folks through early and late adolescence, as well as young adults who are navigating life transitions, family challenges, identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ concerns. Adolescence can be exciting, but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty, and change. Whether you're working through conflict at home, managing stress at school, building self-confidence, or trying to make sense of life's next chapter, therapy can offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Before becoming a clinical social worker in private practice, I worked as a school social worker, where I gained extensive experience supporting students and families through academic stress, social challenges, emotional crises, and difficult family dynamics. That background continues to shape my work today, giving me a deep appreciation for the many systems that impact a young person's life and the importance of working collaboratively with both clients and families when appropriate.
