Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Life can be overwhelming. It can sometimes make every little thing around you feel like it is all too much. You may feel out of touch with yourself, unsatisfied with your situation, or like your relationships with family, friends, or partners are suffering. If you are feeling stuck, and are ready for a change but not sure where to start, I am here to help.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work from University of Maine, followed by a Master of Social Work at University of Connecticut. I have experience working with a range of clients, including youth, young adults, and families in a variety of settings, such as intensive outpatient and in-home. I am trained in evidence-based treatment models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Multi-Systemic Family Therapy (MST). My areas of expertise are family conflict, relationships, behavior management, youth sexual and risk-taking behaviors, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.

I provide a safe and judgement-free space for you to openly process and gain insight into yourself. My empathetic, person-centered, and holistic approach can help meet you where you are, at whatever point you may be, in your healing process. We can collaborate together to determine the best therapeutic techniques based on your needs.

If you are ready to make a step towards positive change in your life, I would be honored to come along the journey with you. To see if we would be a good fit for each other, please call me for a free introductory phone consultation.
