KATHRYN MURRAY, LPC, LMFT

Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

As a dedicated and experienced licensed counselor, I am committed to assist my clients in navigating and guiding them through life's transitions with empathy and understanding with a systemic approach.

In today's fast-paced world, stress and anxiety are common challenges that many of us face. I provide evidence-based techniques and support to help clients manage stress and anxiety more effectively, empowering them to lead more fulfilling and balanced lives. My systemic approach allows us to explore how various interconnected factors, such as family dynamics, cultural influences, and societal structures, impact their experiences and well-being.

Trauma, grief, and loss can have profound effects on our mental and emotional well-being. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, providing a safe and nurturing space for clients to process their experiences and work towards healing and recovery.

My practice is founded on the principles of creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely while considering the broader systemic context that influences their lives.  I provide a supportive environment where clients can feel heard, validated, and empowered to maneuver through difficult times.

Honesty and authenticity are at the core of my therapeutic approach, as I believe open communication fosters trust and resilience.

Building a strong therapeutic alliance is essential to the success of our work together. I strive to cultivate a collaborative relationship with each client. We will work together to set realistic goals and develop personalized strategies for growth and healing.

If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can navigate life's transitions and challenges, and emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before.
